The Kapillus subscription is designed to offer our customers convenience, simplicity, and security. By subscribing, you benefit from guaranteed access to your hair prostheses throughout the year, with clear rules and a controlled budget.

Two formulas are offered:

• Comfort Plan: 4 prostheses per year, Indetecta or Naturalis models, with replacement every 3 months. Ideal for customers who want a prosthesis that is always new, ensuring discretion and comfort.
  
• Durability Plan: 2 prostheses per year, Naturalis Plus or Durabilis models, with a replacement every 6 months. Perfect for those who prioritize robustness and longevity.
  

These subscriptions apply exclusively to the packages mentioned. They do not apply to custom-made or ready-to-use hair prostheses.

Payment is made in 12 fixed monthly installments, automatically debited by credit card or bank account.

Before any first delivery, the customer pays 3 monthly installments in advance as a guarantee. The first prosthesis is only delivered after this initial payment.

A one-time annual payment option is also available, which provides an immediate 10% discount on the total amount.

The delivery schedule depends on the plan chosen:

• Every 3 months for the Comfort Plan
  
• Every 6 months for the Sustainability Plan
  

Deliveries are only made if payments are up to date. In the event of a delay, they are suspended until payment is made.

The duration of the subscription is 12 months from the date of subscription.

It is automatically renewed for a new annual period, unless written termination is sent at least 30 days before the expiry date.

In the event of late payment, deliveries are suspended.

If the delay exceeds 30 days, the subscription is automatically canceled and the delivery of prostheses is permanently interrupted. Any positive balance that may exist is lost due to non-compliance with the conditions.

The subscription only covers the supply of prostheses included in the Comfort and Durability packages.

Services such as maintenance, adjustment or installation are available separately and billed according to the current price list.
