Description
The Micro Skin 0.06mm model is made of a slightly thicker polyurethane membrane than the Nano Skin 0.03mm model. With this model, although backward hairstyles are possible, we recommend users use forward hairstyles, where the frontal hairline is not totally exposed.
Sustainability
With its 0.08mm membrane on the contour of the hair prosthesis, the Octo Lace model has a lifespan that can reach 4 to 6 months. However, some users manage to keep it for up to 7 months. Several factors can influence the lifespan of a hair prosthesis. We can notably mention the time of year. In summer with exposure to the sun, sweating and more frequent baths, the prosthesis will have a shorter lifespan. The user can notably extend the lifespan of his complement by providing it with adequate moisturizing and repigmenting care.
Interview
Hair prosthesis maintenance should be done on average every 15 to 25 days. In summer, they will have to be done more frequently, approximately every 15 to 20 days. Some users, especially the most experienced, carry out maintenance on their own. However, this task can be complex. We recommend that you call on one of our partners or watch our tutorial videos.

How long does a hair prosthesis last?
Lifespan is fundamentally individual, as it depends on different factors, such as compliance with all recommended care routines. In general, durability increases in the long run as you gain experience using hair supplements. To do this, we provide, through our salons, all the useful information regarding the maintenance of hair prostheses.
If you follow our advice and manage to get into a good routine, you can wear a hair supplement for up to 8 months. External influences are of course also decisive: in summer, for example, the prosthesis is more stressed by solar radiation or sea bathing than in winter.
