General conditions of the Kapillus hair prosthesis subscription


The Kapillus subscription is designed to offer our customers simplicity, comfort, and peace of mind. By choosing this plan, you benefit from regularly delivered hair prostheses, a fixed price, and clear terms and conditions.
Available formulas
Kapillus offers three subscription plans, adapted to different needs:

Comfort Plan : 4 hair prostheses per year, Indetecta or Naturalis models, with a renewal every 3 months. Ideal for those who want a hair prosthesis that is always new, guaranteeing discretion and comfort.

Balance Plan : 3 hair prostheses per year, Naturalis model, with a renewal every 4 months. This intermediate formula ensures perfect regularity between comfort and durability.
- Sustainability Plan : 2 hair prostheses per year, Naturalis Plus or Durabilis models, with a renewal every 6 months. Intended for those who prioritize strength and longevity.
- Ready-to-use Prestige Plan : 3 prostheses per year (Naturalis models), with delivery every 4 months.
- Ready-to-use Essential Plan : 2 prostheses per year (Naturalis Plus or Durabilis models), with delivery every 6 months.
These subscriptions only apply to the above packages. They do not apply to custom-made hair prostheses. They are only valid in Switzerland .
What is included in the subscription
Each subscription includes:

The hair prostheses provided in the chosen formula.

VAT applicable in Switzerland.

Shipping and delivery costs to the customer's address, in complete discretion.

Administrative costs related to subscription management.
Additional services (installation, maintenance, adjustment, cleaning, etc.) remain optional and are billed separately.
Payment terms
The subscription is paid in 12 fixed monthly installments, automatically debited by credit card.
When subscribing, the customer must pay 3 monthly installments in advance as a guarantee. No prosthesis will be delivered before the effective payment of these first 3 monthly installments.
A one-time annual payment option is available, providing an immediate 10% discount on the total amount.
Delivery of prostheses
The first prosthesis is delivered only after validation of the 3 initial monthly payments.
Then, deliveries follow the schedule provided by the chosen formula:

every 3 months for the Comfort Plan

every 4 months for the Balance Plan

every 6 months for the Sustainability Plan
- every 4 months for the Prestige Plan
- every 6 months for the Essential Plan
Deliveries are only made if payments are up to date. In the event of a delay, they are suspended until payment is made.
Duration and renewal
Each subscription is concluded for a period of 12 months.
Upon expiry, it is automatically renewed for a new annual period, unless written termination is sent at least 30 days before the annual expiry date.
Default of payment and termination
In the event of late payment, deliveries are suspended.
If the delay exceeds 30 days, the subscription is automatically cancelled and the delivery of prostheses is permanently interrupted.
In this situation, any possible positive balance already paid remains acquired by Kapillus, due to non-compliance with the contractual conditions.
Changing the plan (Comfort, Balance or Durability) is not possible during the year. However, customers can change their choice during the annual renewal.
Additional services
The subscription only covers prostheses, VAT, delivery costs and administrative fees.
Maintenance, adjustment, installation, or any other specific service is not included. These services can be booked separately and are billed according to the current pricing.
