Production and delivery time
Delivery times for ready-to-wear prostheses are 20 to 30 business days. Delivery within 12 to 15 business days is possible with additional charges.

What is the delivery time for ready-to-use prostheses?
The delivery time for ready-to-use prostheses may vary depending on different cuts but is on average 14 to 23 working days , after validation of the order.

Can I send my own impression for cutting my prosthesis?
Yes, if you already have your fingerprint, you can send it by mail to the following address: Rue de l'Auberge 5, 1820 Territet, Switzerland .
If you follow our advice and manage to adopt a good routine, you can wear a hairpiece for up to 8 months. External influences are of course also decisive: in summer, for example, the prosthesis is more stressed by sunlight or sea bathing than in winter. We remedy this with innovative care products and high hair quality.
