Signing the contract
A clear and simple contract will be presented to you, in order to guarantee transparency and security for both parties.
Initial payment
As soon as your first 3 monthly payments are paid, delivery of your prostheses begins.
First delivery
Your first prosthesis is delivered as soon as the 3 initial monthly payments are paid.
Monitoring & renewals
You receive your prostheses at the scheduled rate (every 3, 4 or 6 months), with personalized monitoring.

Here are answers to the most common questions to help you better understand our plans and conditions.
Deliveries are suspended until payment is regularized. After 30 days of delay, the contract may be automatically terminated. In the event of late payment, the entire balance will become immediately due.
No. The chosen plan is valid for a period of 12 months and cannot be changed before the end of the contract. However, you can change your plan during the annual renewal.
The first prosthesis is delivered after payment of the first 3 monthly installments . Then, deliveries continue according to the planned frequency (every 3, 4 or 6 months).
Yes, it is possible to pay for the subscription in a single annual payment. In this case, a special discount may apply.
Yes, the contract is automatically renewed each year, unless written termination is sent at least 30 days before the expiry date.
The contract has a duration of 12 months and cannot be terminated before its expiry date.
