Do you have any questions about our Kapillus subscriptions?
Here are answers to the most common questions to help you better understand our plans and conditions.

What happens if I don't pay a monthly payment?

Deliveries are suspended until payment is regularized. After 30 days of delay, the contract may be automatically terminated. In the event of late payment, the entire balance will become immediately due.


Can I change my plan (Comfort, Balance or Sustainability) during the year?

No. The chosen plan is valid for a period of 12 months and cannot be changed before the end of the contract. However, you can change your plan during the annual renewal.


When will delivery of my prostheses begin?

The first prosthesis is delivered after payment of the first 3 monthly installments . Then, deliveries continue according to the planned frequency (every 3, 4 or 6 months).


Can I pay the subscription in one go, for the year?

Yes, it is possible to pay for the subscription in a single annual payment. In this case, a special discount may apply.


Does the subscription renew automatically?

Yes, the contract is automatically renewed each year, unless written termination is sent at least 30 days before the expiry date.


What is the duration of the contract?

The contract has a duration of 12 months and cannot be terminated before its expiry date.
